Knowledge Transfer Partnerships – delivering expertise to organisations

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) are open to businesses looking to grow their capabilities by embedding knowledge, gaining access to expertise and solving specific problems.

KTPs are three-way collaborations between a business, university and a graduate or post-graduate and provide a cost effective way of accessing expertise and leading change.

The scheme is UK wide and has been running for over 40 years and the University of Exeter is the leading KTP in the South West delivering over 100 KTPs. Each KTP is between 1-3 years and is part Government funded.
