The Green Futures Network’s Climate Adaptation Community of Practice is open to all organisations across the UK that are working to develop their understanding of and engagement with adaptation.
The first of November’s CoP meetings will focus on communicating data-based approaches to adaptation.
This session will feature a presentation by Nerys Edmonds from Public Health Wales, on the Health Impact Assessment on climate change in Wales, which aims to strengthen adaptation planning in Wales and ensure that health and wellbeing are protected. We will also consider other good practice of communicating data-driven approaches to adaptation, and potential links to themes arising from the previous session on communicating systems.
If you would like to join this event or future Adaptation CoP events, contact Peter at gfn@exeter.ac.uk.
