The Green Futures Network’s Climate Adaptation Community of Practice is open to all organisations across the UK that are working to develop their understanding of and engagement with adaptation.
Our last meeting focused on getting internal buy-in for adaptation actions, and an update of the latest prototype of the of the Local Climate Adaptation Tool (LCAT).
For March’s session we will be joined by Ben Tongue, Digital Net Zero Lead for NHS England. We will focus on the theme of communicating risk, including:
- Thinking about cascading risks
- Dealing with interdependencies
- Getting risks onto the agenda of decision makers
Ben will also share the prototype of his adaptation and mitigation risk assessment tool for discussion.
