Welcome to the Positive Tipping Points Community of Practice

• Each session will start with an hour of anchoring – working through tools and questions, to deepen our collective and individual understanding of the PTP framework and how to use it
• The second hour will be focused on processing – more exploratory, listening to different perspectives on how we can bring the framework into the world and into the work
• All are welcome, and you can either join for the whole 2 hours, or just for the first or second half if you prefer
• We will start with Enabling Conditions, and then use the other sessions to work through Feedback Loops, Triggers, Indicators, Stories of Change, and then an overview of the whole process
